Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

All orders are custom and are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service disruptions beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Calculated Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at benjisprettygirlcollection@aol.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please:

• Double-check your address before placing an order.

• File a claim immediately with the shipping carrier if your package is lost or stolen.
